What happens when you reach out?
- You're not in trouble. You can call about anything, big or small. No problem is too little to ring about.
- It's free, and it's private. The people who answer are kind, trained, and there just to listen.
- You don't need the right words. Say as much or as little as you like. “I don't really know what to say” is a perfectly good place to start.
- You can ask for help for someone else, too — a friend, a brother or sister, anyone you're worried about.
Reaching out is courage —
the first step up.
And remember what's true, even on the hardest day: whatever is happening around you is not your fault, and it does not decide your worth. You matter. You are looked after. And you are far, far bigger than any issue.
